Notes for Readers:

Two Readers proclaim the First and Second Scripture Reading at the Mass. The First Reader also announces the intentions of the Prayer of the Faithful after the Creed.

Just before the start of Mass both Readers come to the Gathering Area to join the Priest, Communion Ministers and Servers in the Entrance procession. One of the Readers carries in the Book of the Gospels and places it on the Altar.
Notes for the Communion Ministers:

Normally one Communion Minister is needed for the Sunday Masses at 9 and 11 am. Two Ministers are required for the Saturday evening Mass at 5 pm.

Just before the start of Mass the Communion Minister(s) come to the Gathering Area to join the Priest, Readers and Servers in the Entrance procession.

One the Communion Ministers gives Communion to the musicians and choir members after the Mass has ended.
